We specialize in developing Financial Digital Twins (FDTs) of global, listed companies to analyze the credibility and feasibility of their Net Zero plans and commitments.

Our innovative model provides detailed insights into capital allocation and emissions trajectories, turning theoretical discussions into actionable, data-driven strategies. Our main users are asset managers, banks, and asset owners, balancing their need for Net Zero compliance with competitive returns. 🌱

You as a Sales & Business Development Manager in Zerolytics 🧙

As a Sales & Business Development Manager, you will drive company growth by seeking out new opportunities and expanding our reach. You will play a key role in our growth strategy by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, close deals and contributing to our overall sales strategy. You will primarily target the world's largest financial institutions and investors, mainly outside Norway.

Your contribution is pivotal to our organization, as it combines a passion for the financial sector with strong organizational skills and expertise in initiation and closing of sales. To thrive in this position, you need to understand the client's needs and communicate impactfully to meet these. Being a good listener and having the ability to ask the right questions are essential. You are well-organized, and motivated by making a difference. Key responsibilities 🗝️

  • Work closely with the CEO/co-founder to help shape and drive Zerolytics commercial strategy and growth
  • Identify and engage with potential clients
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and take lead in closing
  • Presenting and introducing our innovative solutions
  • Provide input and collaborate with management to improve product and offering
  • Be responsible for the project management of ongoing sales outreach
  • Work with the CMO on marketing strategy and activities
  • Optimize outreach efforts
  • Manage the sales pipeline, keeping track of opportunities and ensuring they move through the process efficiently

How to be successful in your role 🥳

  • Proven track record in sales from professional sales team
  • Higher education within Economics, Finance or other relevant fields of studies
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with international sales processes
  • Experience in sales and business development related to complex B2B products and services
  • Preferably experience in the financial sector, but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication- and organizational skills
  • Structured and result oriented approach
  • Attention to detail
  • Keen interest in finance
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, a proactive attitude, and a passion for sustainability
